Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup raspberry jam
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 combine flour, powdered sugar and butter. press into a 13x9 pan. bake at 350 for 10 minutes. spread softened jam on top.
- 2 beat egg whites until stiff (room temp whites stiffen better). slowly beat in 1/2 cup sugar. spread on top. bake an additional 25 minutes.
