Homemade Granola Bars

Total Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit, finely chopped (cranberries, blueberries, apricots, etc, or a combination of many)
  • 1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped (peanuts, almonds, etc, or a combination of many)

Recipe

  • 1 combined rolled oats and milk; add remaining ingredients, and blend.
  • 2 use cooking spray on baking sheet.
  • 3 spread mixture on sheet and pat down.
  • 4 bake 20 minutes at 350°f
  • 5 cut while still warm.
