Homemade Granola Bars

Ingredients
- 3 cups rolled oats
- 1 (300 ml) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup dried fruit, finely chopped (cranberries, blueberries, apricots, etc, or a combination of many)
- 1/2 cup nuts, finely chopped (peanuts, almonds, etc, or a combination of many)
Recipe
- 1 combined rolled oats and milk; add remaining ingredients, and blend.
- 2 use cooking spray on baking sheet.
- 3 spread mixture on sheet and pat down.
- 4 bake 20 minutes at 350°f
- 5 cut while still warm.
