M&m Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup shortening
• 1 cup brown sugar, packed firm
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 1/4 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 cups m&m's plain chocolate candy

Recipe

• 1 cream shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla extract thoroughly.
• 2 sift flour, soda and salt.
• 3 add dry ingredients gradually to creamed mixture.
• 4 mix well.
• 5 stir in m&m's.
• 6 drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
• 7 bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.
